ABOUT THE ROLE
Crossian is a high-growth, technology-driven e-commerce business. As a start-up formed in 2020, we have built a fast-paced environment where our people have reached a cumulative average growth rate of over 1000% in the last 6 years. Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer lifetime value.
If you have scaled installs with Google App Campaigns at a game or app studio, or run app and performance campaigns at an agency or consumer platform with your own SQL and dashboards, your skills transfer directly. Several people on our Google team came from exactly those paths.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Own and scale Google UA campaigns
Plan, set up and scale Google App Campaigns (installs, engagement, pre-registration) on iOS and Android, supported by Search, YouTube and Demand Gen, to acquire high-value users and grow LTV
Own your budget and your targets: decide bidding strategies (tCPI, tCPA, tROAS), campaign structure and budget allocation to scale spend while protecting ROAS and CAC
Test and iterate ad creatives, audience signals and campaign strategies, and turn each test into a clear decision
2. Make decisions from data
Dig into campaign, in-app and cohort data to find what drives retention and revenue
Keep tracking and attribution accurate: in-app events, conversion setup and SKAN on iOS, and debug them when numbers don't add up
Share regular insights with stakeholders: what worked, what didn't, and what you will do next
3. Automate and improve how the team works
Build scripts, automated reports and AI-assisted workflows (Google Ads Scripts, AppScript, N8N or similar) that remove manual work for you and your teammates
Keep up with changes in Google Ads and mobile UA ad tech, and bring new features, algorithms and bidding models to the team before competitors do
4. Work across teams
Collaborate closely with our creative, and product & content teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-have
Experience: 1+ years of hands-on UA or performance marketing where you owned a budget and a conversion KPI (CPI, CPA, ROAS or CAC), with hands-on experience running campaigns for apps or games. App and game studios, agency performance teams and in-house growth roles all count
Google Ads experience: hands-on experience with Google App Campaigns; Search or YouTube is a plus
Tracking & attribution: hands-on with an MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar) and Firebase/GA4
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Industrial Management, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or a related field. A strong academic record or a degree from a top-tier university is preferred
English: IELTS 7.0 or equivalent professional fluency
Nice-to-have
Experience in e-commerce or D2C growth
Google Ads App or Measurement certifications

Monthly salary: competitive and negotiable based on experience
Guaranteed pay: 13th-month salary and 100% gross salary during probation
