Job description:
Geniee Vietnam is seeking a passionate Japanesee Staff who will work closely with the headquarters team in Japan to support any requests/tasks on the system. The position requires operators to understand Geniee's products (Geniee SFA/CRM) and to perform some of the following tasks:
Understand standard business processes and be able to operate the company's systems and partner platforms effectively.
In the future, participate in meetings with Japanesee clients to understand their requirements and support system setup based on their needs.
Maintain internal knowledge bases and FAQs; translate and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) between Japanese and Vietnamese.
Implement quality improvement cycles based on feedback from managers and senior peers.
Perform other tasks and generate reports as directed by managers and team leaders.

Job requirements:
Age: 23-28 years old (for career fit purposes; age is not the sole determining factor).
Language: JLPT N2 or higher (with strong reading comprehension skills).
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience: Work experience in a Japanese company (IT industry preferred) or internship experience with a Japanese firm.
Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations (Excel, Word, email, and web-based business tools).
Coachability: Openness to receive guidance and feedback, including from senior peers or managers.
Proactivity: A self-driven attitude-actively seeking information and asking questions rather than leaving doubts unresolved.
Flexibility: Ability to positively adapt to changes in processes and rules
Preferred Personality:
Experience using or configuring business SaaS platforms such as SFA/CRM or Salesforce.
Basic understanding of Excel functions, SQL fundamentals, or no-code tools.
Experience in customer support, sales administration, software testing, or related roles.
Basic English communication skills.
Leadership potential for future career development.
