1. Main tasks
Receive and update information related to price contracts, promotions, amendments, renovations and other information on all services (hotels, restaurants, transportation, boats, flights, guides, activities and entrance fees)
Monitor and manage all data updates and file-related documents in the server for future reference
Systematically organise, tidy up database and archive documents in a proper way for backup
Daily record a list of input into system to monitor what has been updated
Report and participate weekly/monthly meeting with Database team leader for work progress update.
Follow up for Database review plan with Contracting/Office Manager.
2. Other tasks
Support Sales to follow upon results with Contracting price requests and update the system

Fluent in English language
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Knowledge of data processing (PC and Microsoft Software)
Good planning and organisational skills to balance and prioritise work

2. University
University: Bachelor's in Foreign Language, Information Technology or other related majors
3. Experience
Having experience in a similar position is preferred
