Maintain and update new employee information
Organize internal company events and employee engagement activities
Manage and collect invoices, payment processes, or relevant tasks
Regularly review procurement costs and improvement.
Manage and monitor office supply inventory, layout. Place orders for office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
Conduct annual audits of various functions, including administrative processes, IT systems, security policies, and HR-related documents.
Assist in recruitment activities when needed (e.g., posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)

Good at English communication.
Having previous experience or internship in an IT company is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Willing to learn, proactive with a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive communication and logic thinking
Willing to support recruitment tasks when required
